  2. Get social! Take a minute to visit and follow our social media pages (See the links at the bottom of this page). Our pages are constantly being updated with new content, important announcements, insight into our training and of course some pretty cool member highlights.

"Hey guys, so I’m Charles and have been working with Mike and Kristin for a couple of years now. I started at C2 doing regular classes and then did Mikes 1 on 1 programming as well. It was some of the best training I was getting. But between moving further away from C2, working as a full time police officer with odd hours and recently becoming a new dad, life got in the way and I had to stop going. I bounced around and tried other gyms, but once I saw Mike and Kristin were starting OnUp Training, I figured I’d give it a shot. It’s by far the best decision I’ve made. I’m working out 4-5 times a week again which I haven’t been able to do in months, right in the comfort of my own home. Mike offers multiple different workouts depending on what kind of equipment you have as well. It works out great with my schedule. I wake up, eat breakfast, workout in my garage, spend some time with my family and then head off to work. "Working out has never been more accessible to me in my life! I admit, I am disciplined when it comes to making time for workouts, but how I would get them done and what I would actually do are my struggles. When we learned that stepping foot in the gym wouldn’t be an option for a few months I immediately thought, “oh no, now what!?” Enter, the online OnUp Athlete programming from CrossFit Cornelius & HybridFit. Every day I get workouts that cater to my current environment. Sometimes I’m in a hotel gym and have access to little floor space and equipment. Sometimes I’m in my garage where I only have dumbbells, but plenty of room to run. Sometimes I’m at a friend’s house and we’re both clueless on what to program.
